Are the vehicles air-conditioned?
Yes. Our ground transport for pets is air-conditioned, which matters in Indian summers and before a long flight.
Can I book transport without a full relocation?
Yes. You can book transfers on their own, for example to a vet appointment or to the airport. Availability depends on your city, so we confirm it when you enquire.
Which cities do you cover?
Our pet teams are based in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad, with associate offices in other Indian cities. Tell us your pick-up location and we will confirm what is possible.
How early do you arrive at the airport?
Airlines set check-in and acceptance cut-off times for pets, which are usually earlier than for passengers. We plan the pick-up time backwards from those cut-offs, with a margin for traffic.
Does my pet need to be in a kennel during the journey?
Yes. Travelling in its own kennel keeps your pet secure on the road and gets it used to the space it will fly in.
Can you collect my pet when it arrives in India?
Yes. For pets arriving in India, we can coordinate collection after arrival clearance and deliver your pet to your address.
