Can you advise me if I plan to move my pet myself?
Yes. Some owners only need help with one stage, such as documents or kennel sizing. Tell us which part is causing difficulty and we will advise on that.
How does the consultation take place?
Usually by phone, WhatsApp or email, depending on what suits you. Your consultant will follow up in writing with the key points.
Do I need a fixed travel date first?
No. A travel window is enough to start. In fact, talking to us before you fix a date is often better, because some routes need several months of preparation.
My travel date is close. Is it too late?
It depends on the destination. Some routes can be prepared in a few weeks, while others have waiting periods that cannot be shortened. Contact us as soon as possible and we will tell you what is achievable.
